Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Period
- Start Date: 10 March 2025
- Duration: 3 months
2. Eligibility
- Vendors must have a Mascom Simcard which is KYC Compliant, and provide Ooze with the Cell Number. Mascom will verify KYC Compliance
- Existing Vendors: Increase your average weekly Mascom Airtime sales by 25% and earn 45% of the growth amount.
- New Vendors: Must actively sell via the Ooze App for at least one month to qualify.
- Only Mascom Airtime Sales qualify for this promotion.
- Sales must be made through the Ooze App—sales through other platforms or channels do not qualify.
- Minimum weekly sales of P200 worth of Mascom Airtime to qualify.
3. Rewards & Selection
- Qualifying vendors will be selected weekly based on their sales growth.
- Winners will be announced on Facebook, and rewards will be credited directly to their Ooze accounts—no cash disbursements.
4. General Terms
- Right to Modify: Ooze reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time.
- Fraud Prevention: Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the promotion will result in immediate disqualification.
- Data Protection: Participant data will be handled in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Final Decision: Management’s decision is final—no correspondence will be entered into.
- By participating, vendors agree to these terms.
